Here at Time Recruitment, we support all permanent recruitment drives, this service for clients is focused on providing an immediate recruitment focus allowing us to handle all due diligence at the same time implementing a rebate structure covering the probationary period. These charges will be generated from the annual remuneration at 10%. This allows the client to have the candidate as an immediate fully pledge member of their team.

Our process is simple.


- We capture a thorough EVP from all clients to tailor our recruitment drives to individual needs

- All candidates are met with and put through a vetting process

- Document due diligence, such as:  Drivers Licence, CPC, Passport, ID Biometrics or Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, Proof of National Insurance and CV

- Processing of DVLA check and any precise questionnaires/ interview questions provided by the client

- Candidates are then added to our Matrix CRM (Customer Relation Management System) and will then go onto referencing provided by candidate
