Temporary Recruitment Services

In the temporary recruitment services, we offer to services being temporary ongoing and temporary to permanent. Like the above the vetting provided shall be of the same calibre to ensure the quality of candidates provided are off the highest. 
A breakdown of both below: 

Temporary Ongoing: This will reflect a client’s wish for drivers are not permanent, but more so for an ongoing role they could be recruiting for however require immediate cover until a permanent recruitment drive has been complete. Usual in this case contracts could be from a minimum of 3 months. 

Temporary to Permanent: This service is most favourable with clients as it handles a more flexible recruitment approach for both client and candidate. During a temporary to permanent or better known as “temp to perm”, clients will be given 12 weeks to assess the candidate usually with the candidate becoming permanent on week 13. This is ideal for the client to see whether they are a good fit for their business model. In this time clients can have the opportunity to not give the candidate the full benefits to that of a permanent member of staff, making sure that the candidate is genuine in wanting to join their company.
